Returning artwork is easy.

Our Return Policy

If you are not delighted with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You are responsible for returning the artwork in its original packaging at your own expense. We recommend using a shipping method that offers a tracking number to confirm the returned product has been delivered to our facility. Custom photo upload prints are non-refundable/exchangeable. Gallery Direct will not accept returns outside of the 30 day window of receipt. To initiate a return and receive a return authorization number, please email us at:

After we receive your artwork, you will receive an email with a confirmation that we received the art and information about your refund. There is a $30.00 restocking fee per piece on all returned items that will be deducted from your refund amount. (Refunds do not include any shipping costs.) Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please notify us for a hassle-free replacement or refund. Customer upload prints may be eligible for a damage replacement only for structural damage of artwork. (This does not include image quality, which is subject to the quality of your specific file uploaded). To initiate a damage claim or request a reprint please email us at

Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:

  1. A photo of the damage to your artwork and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.

  2. Your order number with a brief description of the damage. Please let us know if you'd like a replacement or a refund.
